As the Agents Assistant- Human Resources Lead you will assist the Agent with administrative duties concerning Human Resources. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prompt and accurate of the office payroll. Assist the agent in closing payroll accounts at the end of each pay period. Provide audit function of all payroll related expenses.
- Coordinating with staff concerning time-off, planned vacations and schedule related functions. Keeping accurate records of all staff work schedules.
- Assisting Agents with other office functions as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BILINGUAL SPANISH
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with accounting a plus
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
